We deliver our products All Over Nepal.

All order placed are processed and delivered within 1-2 Business days!

1 Day Delivery Available when you place order within same day, i.e before 12pm ( 7am-12pm ).

Note : Due to COVID-19, we won't be able to deliver at some places. So, please message us to confirm your order. Thank You!

Are the products delivered on all day of the week?

Yes, the products are delivered on all day of the week including Saturday.

When will I receive the product?

Products will be delivered within 1-2 days from the date of order inside Kathmandu Valley and   2-3 days for customers outside Kathmandu Valley.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN

What is your exchange and return policy ?
Our exchange and return Policy offers 2 days of exchange and return from the date of your purchase. ( Example : if you purchased your product of Jan 1st you can exchange and return it until Jan 3th)

How does your exchange and return Policy work ?

Our 2 day exchange and return policy gives you the option to exchange or return the product you have purchased.

However, the state and condition of the item must be same at the time of purchase. You can try on the item, although do so with special care.

Once the item is returned to us it will go through our quality check and after if passes the test we will refund the amount to you.

Will there be extra charge for product I exchange?

No, there is no extra charge.

PAYMENT

What payment methods do we accept? 

Currently, we only accept CASH ON DELIVERY for Kathmandu Valley. For customers outside Kathmandu Valley you can Pay Us through : E-sewa / Khalti Pay / IME Pay or Bank Transfer.

Can I use cheque to pay for the items I purchased?

No, we only accept hand cash.
